📜 Terms of Service
By using Encanto Escapes’ services, you agree to the following terms:
- All trips are fully customized. Once a proposal is approved and payment is submitted, we begin coordination immediately.
- Clients agree to provide accurate personal information and travel preferences to help us design their experience.
- Encanto Escapes reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose conduct is inappropriate or unsafe for our team or partners.
- Travel is inherently unpredictable. While we make every effort to ensure seamless experiences, delays or disruptions due to weather, government policy, or third-party vendors are outside our control.
- Any unlawful activity during your trip is grounds for immediate termination of services without refund.
- Photos or video taken during your trip may be used for promotional purposes with your written consent only.
🔐 Privacy Policy
Your privacy is deeply important to us. We collect only the information needed to design and coordinate your experience.
What We Collect:
- Name, email, and phone number when booking a discovery call or submitting a form
- Travel preferences, dietary needs, or special requests provided voluntarily
How We Use It:
- To contact you, create a custom proposal, and coordinate your trip
- To send occasional updates or marketing (you may unsubscribe at any time)
What We Don’t Do:
- We never sell your information
- We don’t store payment information — payments are processed securely via third-party platforms
Your information is stored securely and only shared with trusted partners (e.g., hotels, chefs, drivers) as needed to fulfill your trip. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
💸 Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible.
- Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to begin planning and securing your experience. This deposit is non-refundable due to the immediate work that begins upon booking.
- Final Balance: The remaining 50% is due no later than 21 days prior to your arrival.
- Cancellations:
- More than 30 days before travel: 50% refund (if full payment was made)
- 14–30 days before travel: 25% refund (of full payment)
- Less than 14 days before travel: No refund
- More than 30 days before travel: 50% refund (if full payment was made)
Note: We may offer partial credit toward a future trip, depending on circumstances and how much planning has already been completed.
- Custom Vendor Bookings: If third-party services (like private jets or luxury villas) have their own cancellation fees, those will be passed on to the client.
