We typically split payments 50/50 — 50% to reserve your trip and begin planning, and the remaining 50% before travel. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. You’ll receive a detailed breakdown after your discovery call.

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy depends on how close we are to your travel date and what’s already been booked. Full terms will be provided with your proposal — always clear and upfront.
